White Rose Shopping Centre’s popular ice rink will be back from 20 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, offering festive fun for all ages.
The family-friendly ice rink is back at White Rose Shopping Centre this Christmas, promising more events and offers than ever before. Visitors can enjoy a packed calendar of themed sessions throughout the season, including Friday Disco Nights, Parent & Toddler sessions, and dedicated Quiet Sessions for a calmer skating experience.
Made from real ice, the rink will be open in The Village at White Rose throughout the festive period, including Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day — until Sunday 4 January 2026. Each 45-minute session includes skate hire, and tickets can be pre-booked online. Early birds can enjoy 20% off all tickets by booking before midnight on 19 November.

Off-peak skating tickets start from £12.50 for children aged 12 and under, £14.50 for adults, and £48 for families, making it an affordable way to enjoy some festive fun together. Powered by special rapid-freeze technology, the fully covered ice rink is designed for all weathers and all ages, ensuring the Christmas magic continues whatever the forecast. Skating aids are also available to help younger visitors, or anyone wanting a little extra support, glide with confidence.
Adding to the festive excitement, Santa’s wondrous White Rose Express grotto will also return this year. Families can step aboard his vintage train carriage to share Christmas wish lists with the man himself. Tickets go on sale from 13 October, with visits available from 8 November through to Christmas Eve (24 December).
