National Recognition for Leeds Service Manager in Social Care Leadership Awards

A Leeds care manager who supports adults with learning disabilities has been recognised on the national stage.

Adrianne Evans-Faulkner, Service Manager at Cygnet Social Care Supported Living in Leeds, has been named a finalist in the Partnership Champion category at the Social Care Leadership Awards 2025. The awards, which celebrate excellence in social care leadership, will be held on 21 October 2025 at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. Adrianne is being honoured for her dedication to collaborative working and her success in empowering staff to achieve their full potential. This recognition follows a strong year for Adrianne and her team, who won Mental Health Service of the Year at the Stars of Social Care Awards in June.

Adrianne manages Cygnet Supported Living in Leeds, an 18-bed service created in partnership with Leeds City Council to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The service offers 14 self-contained apartments and four bungalows, providing a safe, community-based setting for people moving on from hospital or long-term care into more independent living.

The Partnership Champion category recognises individuals who excel in collaborative working, highlighting their role in building strong partnerships that enhance wellbeing and strengthen support systems for those receiving social care.
