RICS Awards 2024 Shine a Light on Yorkshire and Humberside’ Architectural Innovation and Sustainability Commitments.
The RICS Awards 2024 in Yorkshire and Humberside have announced their winners, showcasing some of the region’s most outstanding recent construction projects. The awards, presented at a ceremony held in Hilton Leeds City, recognized excellence in four distinct categories: Residential Development, Community Benefit, Heritage, and Refurbishment-Revitalisation.
Tower Works clinched the top spot in the Residential Development category, demonstrating superior design and innovation. The Hyde Park Picture House triumphed in the Community Benefit Project category, reflecting its significant impact on the local community. Meanwhile, Ledston Hall took home the accolade for the Heritage Project category, honored for its exceptional preservation and restoration efforts.
