Channel 4’s long-running property favourite Location, Location, Location is on the lookout for house hunters in Leeds and across Yorkshire to take part in its next series.
Fronted by property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer, the primetime programme follows the pair as they criss-cross the country helping buyers find a home that fits their wish list — and their budget. Now, with filming planned for 2026, the production team is keen to hear from individuals, couples and families ready to make a move in the region.
The show is welcoming applications from all types of buyers, including first-time purchasers, those upsizing for more space, downsizers looking for a fresh start, and movers relocating for work, family or a change of pace.
Anyone searching for a ‘forever home’ is also encouraged to apply. A spokesperson for Channel 4 said:
“We are casting for the new series, and we are interested in hearing from chain free (or SSTC) house hunters across Yorkshire, who would be ready to buy in May/June this year. Applications are now open and we’re looking to spread the word to the community to encourage house hunters to apply and get the help they need. We are looking for individuals, families and couples who need Kirstie and Phil’s expertise to buy their dream home in Leeds and Yorkshire.”
Interested applicants can apply online via Channel 4’s take part page at www.channel4.com
As part of Channel 4’s ongoing commitment to greater inclusivity on screen, candidates of all backgrounds and identities are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications will be received by production company IWC Media, which will contact applicants directly if they wish to take things further. IWC Media will process personal data in line with its privacy policy, which is available on request.
Location, Location, Location continues to air on Channel 4, with new episodes regularly drawing in audiences keen to follow the search for that ideal home — and the reminders that, in property, the right place in the right area can make all the difference.
