Could you take on a 30th themed challenge for Children’s Heart Surgery Fund’s Anniversary Year?
Whether you’re walking 30km around your local park, giving up chocolate for 30 days or swimming 30 lengths at your local pool, you’ll take part at your own pace and in your own time.
It’s a great way to fundraise and get your own Children’s Heart Surgery Fund medal too. Your fundraising will help Children’s Heart Surgery Fund support children and adults born with congenital heart disease across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
Register your 30th challenge for £5. You’ll receive a t-shirt and fundraising pack, then a Children’s Heart Surgery Fund medal and certificate when you’ve reached your goal!
With your help, we are able to support children and adults with congenital heart disease across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Working alongside the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit at Leeds General Infirmary, we are funded by generous donations from the general public, our corporate supporters and by the amazing efforts of our fundraisers. We’re only able to help because of your support, thank you.
Our vision is to support hearts for life and our mission is to make the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit a world class centre of excellence – providing the funding and resources needed to care for a child’s heart, mind, family and future #BecauseOfYou
